  • White vinegar

  13. Blot the eye liner stain until the liquid has been absorbed into the carpet.
  14. You can continue to repeat this method until the stain has been removed or you can move on to step 15
  15. This is the last and final method to removing eye liner stains from the carpet. This should be the last method that you will need to use to remove the stain.
  16. Create a solution of 1 tablespoon white vinegar and 1 cup of warm water.
  17. Completely saturate another clean white cloth with the solution.
  18. Blot the stain until the liquid has been absorbed into the carpet.
  19. Continue to wet the cloth and blot the stain until it has been removed.
  20. Inspect the area. If the stain has been removed then you will want to sponge the area with clean cold water so that you remove all of the cleaning product residue from the carpet.
